Once you customize your chosen jewellery, we carefully follow your wishes and inclusions to craft a piece you will cherish forever. At everlasting bonds, we understand how important it is to have a perfectly fitting memorial ring. If you do not know your ring size, there are several ways you can determine it to ensure a comfortable fit.

1. Use a Ring You Already Own: If you have a ring that fits you well, you can measure its inner diameter. Use a ruler to measure the inside of the ring in millimeters. Once you have this measurement, you can refer to an online ring size chart to find your corresponding size.

2. Request a Ring Sizer from Us: In the shop we offer a collection kit with or without ring sizers to find out your ring size.

Another option is to buy the ring sizer separately for you to keep.

Your jewellery is made of high-quality sterling silver or solid gold. Your stone is created with the highest quality jewellery resin. This resin is waterproof and non-yellowing. Your wished inclusions are added to the stone for you to cherish forever.

Inclusions can be Ashes, hair, soil from next to the grave, flowers, clothing, breastmilk, placenta, embryo's.

If you have any other inclusions you would like to add, please send us a message to discuss possibilities.

Ashes - The amount of ashes needed is +/- 1 thee spoon. Any leftovers will be shipped back with your order unless wished otherwise.

Soil from the grave - 1 teaspoon

Flowers - depending on size and your wishes. We advise to send a minimum of 3 flowers.

Hair - This depends on your wishes. this could be a good chunk of hair or just one single strand. We advise to send a minimum of 4 - 7 hairs if you want to see hair very clearly.

Breastmilk - 5 to 10 ml breastmilk. This may be milk from the freezer / fridge or freshly pumped. The milk might get a little spoiled along the way, but this is not a worry as the preserving of the breastmilk includes high heat.

Placenta - 1 capsule

Clothing - 5x5cm fabric.

Once your order is placed, we will email you detailed instructions on how to ship your inclusions to us. You also have the option to request a collection kit to be sent directly to your home—please refer to the collection kit listing for more details. If you prefer not to use the collection kit, we suggest sending your inclusions in a padded envelope or box, ensuring that you include your name, phone number, address, and order number. For added security, we recommend shipping your inclusions with a tracking number.

At Everlasting Bonds, we prioritize a smooth experience by minimizing the possibility of errors. Once you place your order, you will receive an email containing clear instructions on how to send us your inclusions. Be sure to include your order number, phone number, full name (the same as on the order), and your address. When your inclusions reach our studio, we carefully check all details and securely store them in your personalized file to accuracy every step of the way.

Your order will typically be completed and shipped within 6 to 8 weeks. Please note that this is an estimate, and special requests may take longer. If you need a jewellery piece quickly, feel free to email us to check our in-stock items that can be made quicker. Keep in mind that not all will be available, particularly with ring sizes. Rest assured, we strive to create your jewellery piece as quickly as possible to minimize wait time.

You will be updated every step of the way. From the moment you place your order till the end. Once your piece is ready, we will send you a picture via email to ensure you’re happy with it before shipping. Please remember to check your spam folder regularly, just in case our email lands there. Once you approve of the designs your order will be shipped express to you.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs associated with sending the inclusions to us We recommend using a padded envelope or small parcel with a tracking number for safe delivery.

Once your order is finished, we offer free express shipping with signature on arrival within Australia and new Zealand.

For international orders, there is a flat shipping fee of $15 Australian.

Our jewellery is designed to be waterproof, allowing you to wash your hands or shower while wearing it. For maintenance, clean jewellery with the included polishing cloth. To ensure longevity, please remove your jewellery when working with household chemicals, swimming in salt or chlorine water, applying lotions and sunscreens, or engaging in sports.

When not in use, please store your jewellery in the provided box or a safe place.
